Ajju diagnosed for 30 minutes and confirmed a replacement within two days. • Four days later: No update; I called and was told the earphones were “damaged.” • Returned to the centre—Ajju absent. Asad said he would escalate. • Contacted Samsung support—found that Asad had already closed the case as “damaged.” There was absolutely no damage when I submitted the earphones. Why did the centre accept the item and keep it for four days only to claim damage after my follow-up? This experience reflects extremely poor service and raises questions about accountability."
